Refund Policy

We want you and your cats to love our products for as long as possible. We follow the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle principles.

In our effort to make sure our products stand the test of time and don't end up in landfill products come with a 'Nine Lives Guarantee'.

 

This means we will replace parts for you free of charge up to nine times. As a small business that sells internationally, we do ask that you pay for shipping on any replacement parts.

You can return any of our products within 30 days as long as they are 'as new'. We will also need the original packaging. For full details please see our full terms and conditions.
