Absolutely, a lot of research has been undertaken into catnip and the affects on cats. With the BrushPod you have full control whether to add it to the brush and how much you want to use. We've written a detailed guide about catnip safety on our blog, which you can read here.

Simply remove the top lid from the brush and pour in the desired amount of catnip. The clever design means the catnip stays contained within the brush – your cat enjoys the enticing aroma through the vents in the brush head without getting catnip over their fur. You control how much scent is released, and it stays mess-free.

Absolutely! BrushPod comes beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Each kit includes an information card explaining all features, so recipients immediately understand what they've received and how to use it.

BrushPod includes both catnip AND matatabi (silvervine). Whilst 30-50% of cats don't respond to catnip, 80% respond to silvervine - and 75% of catnip non-responders react to silvervine. We've covered both bases.

Orders placed by 20th December ship next working day for pre-Christmas delivery. We use tracked Royal Mail services so you can monitor your gift's journey. We ship from our studio in Henley on Thames.

Yes. The brush works effectively on both short-haired breeds (British Shorthair, Burmese, Russian Blue) and long-haired breeds (Persian, Maine Coon, Ragdoll). The tools accommodate cats of all sizes from small Singapuras to large Norwegian Forest cats.

The UV light emits wavelength 365-395nm, which appears as a purple-blue glow. Test functionality by shining it on white paper containing optical brighteners - the paper will glow bright blue. Cat urine appears as yellowish-green fluorescence on carpets and fabrics.

Absolutely. Senior cats often need MORE frequent grooming as arthritis reduces their ability to self-groom effectively. The soft bristles are gentle on aging skin, whilst regular nail trimming becomes increasingly important as activity levels decrease and natural nail wear reduces.

Store the tube in a cool, dark location with lid tightly sealed. Potency remains high for 18-24 months. Unfortunately we no longer offer refills but you can source premium dried catnip and silvervine to refill yourself from any reputable retailer.

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Our studio is based in Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire and we assemble / make and ship all our products from here. If you are based outside of the UK and would like to buy one of our products we'd love to hear from you. We can arrange a shipping quote based on your location. You can return any product within 30 days. Ideally, they should be in their original packaging and not used by your cats, but we understand this isn't always possible. If you're not happy with your purchase, just drop us a note at meow@kubaandleia.com. Please note, as a small independent business, we ask you to cover the return shipping costs. However, if your product is faulty, it's protected by our Nine Lives Guarantee.
