We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Our studio is based in Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire and we assemble / make and ship all our products from here. If you are based outside of the UK and would like to buy one of our products we'd love to hear from you. We can arrange a shipping quote based on your location. All our products can be returned within 30 days. We do ask that they are in their original packaging and ideally not used by your cats, but equally we know this isn't always possible. If you're not happy with your purchase just drop us a note at meow@kubaandleia.com Please note, being a small independent business we do ask for you to pay for the return shipping costs. However if your product is faulty, it is protected by our Nine Lives Guarantee.

We're a small independent 'designer maker'. We also feel strongly about NOT advertising on social media as so many adverts you see on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other channels are fake. So we don't want to be a part of this. Instead we work through our community of subscribers (please sign up with us if you haven't already) and partners. For example we have been in Elle Magazine, Your Cat and our products are also promoted on the Waggel's website as a partner. Our world first catnip brush is loved by hundreds of cat's around the UK (and the Nordics too as we have a wonderful business partner based in Helsinki). Our limited edition, handmade cat food bowls have been made in a very small number and are a truly unique take on a cat feeding station. We are currently working on a number of other key projects such as a hand assembled luxury self-cleaning litter tray, a modular hanging play system and a new type of health and wellness technology specifically for cats. These products are in development but unfortunately we do not yet have a launch date for any of them.

We know you're excited about our self-cleaning litter tray, and we are too! Unfortunately, we've had to put the project on hold for now. We’ve been working hard to bring this innovative product to market, but securing the necessary funding has been a challenge. Many of the suppliers we’ve been working with have faced difficulties recently, making it tough to move forward as planned. Rest assured, we haven't given up on this project! We're committed to bringing you a litter tray that makes life easier for both you and your furry friend. We'll share updated when we can but can't commit to or confirm any timings at the moment.
